Project Description:
An exclusive development on the outskirts of Headford comprising 70 no housing units with 2, 3 and 4 bedroom A rates homes. The houses surpassed NZEB requirement and were constructed using an ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork) rapid build system. All properties at Gort na Fuinse were designed and built to the latest Building regulations ensuring they were constructed using the highest performing building materials resulting in excellent levels of energy efficiency resulting in a A2 rating.
