Project Description :
Creig Ard is a new exclusive development located in a busy residential area on the outskirts of Galway city. Work commenced on this project in June 2020 and was completed in three separate phases.

Phase 1 & 2 included the construction of 20 no three and four bedroom A2 NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings) with a further 17 apartments housed within a 5 storey building in Phase 3. The project duration was one year and included all associated site works including a community play area.

Creig Ard was completed fitted out ready for occupation by the client.
