Completion and handover of new social housing project to Galway City Council.

OCC were honoured to welcome Darragh O’Brien Minister for Housing & Local Government along with Hildegarde Naughton T.D, Alan Cheevers and the Galway City Council housing team for the official handover of the completed residential project, An Cliathán, Ballybane.

This social housing development consists of 15 NZEB social housing units delivered as part of the governments strategy to provide “Quality Housing for Sustainable Communities”.
