Project Description :
The project comprised a new NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building). The building includes home economics labs, mainstream classrooms, staffroom, circulation space, toilets, plantroom, new pedestrian entrance and vehicular drop off and carpark. The accommodation has been creatively designed to enhance the student experience by providing majestic views across Kinvara bay from the front and the Burren from the south facing courtyard to the rear.
