Project Description :

Works consisted of the extensive refurbishment and extension of an existing 1970s factory into the state of the art 4,000 sq. m. Whiskey distillery, shop, tourist centre and cleanroom. These works included the extension of an existing industrial unit, complete refurbishment of the warehouse area, construction of a new distillery area, office blocks, storage areas, clean room and tour shop with full mechanical and electrical installations. Externally, works included new drainage, services, roads, carparks and landscaped green areas.
