OCC successfully handed over the Loughvella social housing project in Ennis – a new development of 49 NZEB, A-rated homes on the Lahinch Road, Ennis.
Constructed using Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) with KORE insulated foundations, this project showcases the benefits of modern methods of construction – delivering homes that are energy-efficient, durable, and built to the highest standards.
