Project Description :
Located on the Banks of the River Shannon and in the heart of Athlone Town Centre, this unique project involved the demolition of the existing boat club and the construction of a new club house and boat storage facility.

Set in a picturesque and challenging riverside location, works included the construction of a concrete precast pile foundation with raft slab over, steel framebuilding with masonry and zinc finishes, ramps and footpaths externally with full fit out internally.

The project is a great addition to the Athlone rowing community and will be a well-used facility on the river banks.
