Project Description :
This project consist of the construction of an R&D Technology Facility, consisting of a single high-bay industrial floor with ancillary office area. Site works consist of the provision of a service yard with dedicated plant and refuse storage compound, rainwater harvesting tank and a new sub-station,
cycle parking and external landscaping, along with all associated site works, services and signage.
