Upgrade works for HSE West

St Francis Day Care Centre, Newcastle, Galway
Works comprise the refurbishment of existing Primary Care Centre including strip out and demolition works, new internal wall partitions, new ceilings, floor coverings, doors, skirting and architrave throughout, new Kitchen/canteen and all nescessary works to comply with Fire Cert requirements. These works increase the Clinical work rooms by a further 50%.

Toghermore Woodwork Shop, Tuam
Upgrade works comprise of refurbishment of ground floor existing to include strip out and demolition works, new internal wall partitions, new floor coverings, doors, skirting and architrave throughout. All works and upgrades to comply with Fire Cert requirements. These works will increase the office space for the HSE by repurposing an existing derelict building.

Lyradoon House Refurbishment, Salthill, Galway
Works Comprise the refurbishment of existing property, demolition works, new internal wall partitions, floor coverings, doors, skirting and architrave throughout. Upgrade will include the reconfiguring the existing clinical room to modernise the building and comply with Fire Cert requirements. These works will improve the Childrens services increasing Clinical working areas by 50%.
