We were proud to welcome Housing Minister James Browne TD and representatives from Tuath Housing Association to our Clai Mor site to mark the official handover of the first phase of units.
The visit featured a project walkthrough and a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate this important milestone. Clai Mor comprises 102 homes — a mix of apartments, duplexes, and houses — and is Galway’s first Cost Rental Scheme.
It also stands as the first large-scale Light Gauge Steel (LGS) development in the city, showcasing innovation in modern construction.
