Project Description :
A complete overall of mechanical, electrical and fire services in existing multi-unit apartment building. Works also included the demolition of 24 no defective chimneys below roof level and fireproofing. Stripping roof tiles and fireproofing of 66 no. party walls throughout the development. This project ensured the fire safety of all apartment blocks in this development.
