Project Description :
OCC Construction is delivering a major social housing and community development at Ballyburke, Galway on behalf of Galway City Council.
The project comprises 84 high-quality social housing units, centred around a new community and neighbourhood plaza, together with local centre units, a café and a crèche facility to support community life.
The development incorporates renewable energy design measures across all homes and is supported by extensive infrastructure works, including new access roads, grouped parking areas, landscaping, surface water attenuation systems, estate signage and all associated site works.
