OCC Construction Reaches Topping-Out Milestone at Ballyburke

OCC Construction has reached a significant construction milestone at Ballyburke, with the precast concrete structure now topped out in partnership with Kilsaran Precast.

The completion of the precast frame marks an important stage in the delivery of the project and reflects the strong collaboration between OCC Construction, Kilsaran Precast and the wider project team.

The use of a precast structural solution has supported an efficient and controlled construction process, enabling rapid progress on site while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety and programme certainty.

With the primary structure now substantially complete, works will continue to progress across the next phases of the development, including envelope, internal construction and building services installations.

This milestone demonstrates OCC Construction’s continued focus on modern methods of construction, early coordination and collaborative project delivery to achieve efficient, high-quality outcomes on site.
